We figured our youngest daughter had spilled water during the night, but when we came back from breakfast we saw water showering down near the entrance. The air conditioning unit sprung a leak right near the bathroom door, but we didn't notice what the problem was until the morning of our checkout. If you think you can negotiate away the resort fee and/or taxes, you will be disappointed. We were prepared for this, so it didn't get our panties in a wad over the cost. Our room was $19.99 per night on special, but once taxes and resort fees were added it became $36.89 per night. Yes, the advertised rates are low, and yes, you have to remember to add for resort fees and taxes. We stayed for two nights for the second time in 5 months (at my wife's suggestion), so I know it got her approval.
